I know love. I know that He humbled Himself and became a man. I know He walked the earth and poured His love and healing on others. I know that His people will do greater things than have ever been done. I know that He died for my sins and conquered death. I know that He wants to bless me and change my heart. I know that I’ve been birthed into something beautiful and that He wants all of His children to be in relationship with Him. I know that His heart cries out for His children, and that He not only is grace but is just. I know that like Rachel in Ramah, He weeps when His children don’t accept Him and all that He has for them. I know that He wants us to keep praying and not give up, even if our earthly eyes haven’t seen results. I know that His love has made me free, and that I’m free to dance even if others stare. I know He loves me just as I am. I know that He kisses my mouth and pursues me like no one ever has or will. I know that we are each His favorite. I know that He isn’t going to leave me where He found me. I know that you, like me, have been told lies about Him and have seen hypocrisy so we really need to get to know Him for ourselves, I know He loves the prostitute, the pimp, the ladies man, the drug addict, the alcoholic, the pornographic star/addict, the child molester, the woman having an abortion as I type this, the abuser, the abused, the poor, the rich, liars, the abandoned, the lonely, the rejected, the one rejecting, the homosexual. I know that He wants to heal those things, I know we can’t take God’s grace without His truth, I know the Bible is applicable for today, I know Holy Spirit is alive inside of me, I know we should pray for those that are preaching false doctrine, I know that we shouldn’t be choosy as to who we tell about Him but rather discerning (for we were once lost, so lost), I know that He is coming again and that all pain and tears will pass away, I know that Jesus is the only way to heaven, I know it is better a wound from a friend than a kiss from an enemy, I know my brother will be delivered from his heroin addiction, I know my family will change the world for Christ, I know Jesus will continue to make my husband and I faithful to each other and that our love will only become stronger and more fun, I know Jesus gave me the hottest husband in the world, I know my daughter will love Jesus with her whole heart, walk in purity and in discernment, I know that He will refine me the most through being a wife and mama, I know that He will give me lots of more beautiful children and that they will love Jesus and be world changers, I know that I can become healthy in the Lord and no longer emotionally eat, I know that He will strengthen my body as I exercise, I know that narrow is the way to heaven, I know that tolerance is not from God, I know He has called me into a season of intercession, I know that Honor in Him is powerful, I know that I will move mountains in His name, I know that He loves me just as I am, I know He loves you just as you are, I know He is waiting to start a relationship with you, I know that He longs for your heart, I know He longs for mine, I am Melinda of the Lion of the Tribe of Judah, I am the beloved daughter of God, and I know that God always wants more children, so what are you waiting for?
